Terrible customer service and harassment
I emailed this company just asking them to wear their own product for a couple of hours as it digs in if you sit down on your ankle and rated it fairly I thought and then the emails started. If we offer you a discount will you edit your review ? I have emailed them and said I am in hospital having major surgery and I don't appreciate the constant emails asking to edit my review and the cheek of it won't take long to edit if we up your refund to 40% is disgusting would NEVER buy from here again.
