Jetval has been a very useful tool for real estate salesperson providing complimentary valuation. However, it is strange that sometimes we receive a $1 valuation without valid reasons. It will be useful if Jetval can seek to improve its customer service and approach so that we don't feel that the complimentary service is a one-way unfriendly deal. Thank you.
