Okay/Passable quality of products BUT terrible customer service! Feels like you're talking to a wall and takes forever to get a response. I've previously ordered from them like 2-3 years ago and it was okay/could've been better. Then ordered boots last year and, like what another reviewer here said, don't get it from them! Even after following instructions and giving them the requested measurements, my boots were still too short for what I needed. Fast forward to this year/last+this month, hoping that the quality of their service has improved. Boy was I wrong. Only one of the two props have been made on the day I needed them, which prompted me to open a PayPal dispute. Seller wanted me to close the dispute without even telling me how much I'll be refunded. I told them that I'd rather wait for PayPal to take action, rather than risk not getting a refund by closing the dispute case (which can't be reopened). After those three incidents that have reasonable time in between them, I can honestly say that I'm not dealing with them anymore.
