Delta Auto Protect is a SCAM
Bought 5 year extended warranties on my 2008 Porsche Cayenne S on 7/24/2017 (ESP# 81585749) and 2006 Mercedes Benz E350 on 1/12/2018 (ESP# 81612608). In January of this year, Delta Auto Protect approved a claim for $481.12 and as of now (7 months later), they have not paid. Every time I call them they say either the check is in the mail or they will use their corporate credit card to pay the mechanic. The mechanic got tired of waiting and so I paid. I have asked Delta to cancel my contract since I can't get them to pay the invoice. They sent the cancellation notice on 5/22/2019 and 5/24/2019 for the two contracts but have not sent the cancellation payment. Like all the other complaints here still have no check only lies from Aaron Lynch and the others at Customer Service (the others don't give their names) Aaron Lynch DeltaAutoProtect.com Delta Auto Protect 1800 John F.
