I ordered some ceiling fans on 6th March 2024 and have not had any updates on delivery or communication from this company. I will not use them in the future. I could kick myself for not reading the Trustpilot reviews before ordering ugh! An update on my purchase from Litfad, the fans arrived and have been installed, they look nice and work well. I think their customer service dept could work on how they reply to bad reviews, no one likes to leave a bad review but to be snippy in your return comment doesn't sit well with me - I would not use this company again.
