Product is fantastic and works so well
Product is fantastic and works so well. But didn't included the strap. Been trying to get ahold of customer service and keep just going back and forth when they do email. Shouldn't be that hard to send a replacement for something that should of been there in the first place. Not the best customer service. Will diffently stick to their Amazon store for future purchases so I can just return the product instead of having to go through this again.
