DON'T USE. UNRELIABLE
I purchased their Thailand esim for 30 days with 5 GB data. After using <0.5 GB for 4 days, it stopped working. I sent them a what's app message and an email after trying out their self help suggestions. I was told that someone will get back to me in 24 hours. This shoddy service is of no use when one is travelling and needs help. I strongly recommend AGAINST using this company. Very very bad. Update: The company did contact me after almost 6 hours. They said that they had suffered an outage in multiple countries. Unfortunately, it was too late and I had already purchased a physical SIM. They were decent enough to refund my purchased esim. So, that was some relief.
