Great Customer Service and Much Better Results!
I had a very positive experience with Aragon AI. My first set of headshots did not capture my likeness as well as I had hoped, so I reached out and provided detailed feedback about what I wanted corrected. Their customer service team was responsive and gave me the opportunity to have my photos redone. The second set was a significant improvement! The photos looked much more like me, and I was very pleased with the overall quality and results. I liked the new set so much that I downloaded all of the photos. I especially appreciate that Aragon listened to my concerns and worked to provide a better result rather than leaving me disappointed with my original photos. That level of customer service made a big difference in my experience. I would definitely recommend providing detailed feedback if your first results are not quite what you expected. I am very happy with my final headshots and my overall experience with Aragon AI.
