The bike is great and the classes are great but the customer service is horrible. I was charged for two Peloton subscriptions via the same account, at first they told me they would refund me and then they told me they couldn't process one of the refunds as payment was made via the Google Play Store. Be careful about them double charging you, as they will not care.
