Online Banking is Pathetic
Online banking is pathetic, to say the least. For literally no fault or reason, your access to your account, or your ability to do any online banking becomes disabled - for. literally. no. fault. of. yours. or. reason. Then when you write a "complaint" as instructed to resolve the issue, they can NOT be bothered to respond - even the branch managers. What inefficiency and shamelessness!
