Travel Thru TAXI ***DO NOT USE***
Pre booked taxi 2 days in advance from apartment to FARO AIRPORT 30 minutes later no show I called them think the telephone number diverted to CALAFORNIA as my mobile bill was £20 more trying to sort it out. Received a WhatsApp App to say driver stuck in traffic another driver be there in 10 minutes no taxi arrived. Called them again costing me more money on my mobile bill. Ended up booking an UBER, driver was there within 2 minutes. We nearly missed our flight. They didn't care the cowboys were not being nice and sending me what's app messages telling me the driver has been speaking to me for 10 minutes which is disgusting lies. They would not refund but kept messaging me for a 5* review lol blaming BOOKING.COM. I raised dispute with my bank as paid for SERVICE I DID NOT RECEIVE. DONT BOOK WITH THEM DIRECT!!!! DONT BOOK WITH THEM VIA BOOKING.COM!!!! TELL ALL YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS NEVER TO USE THEM!!!! DONT BOOK WITH THEM AT ALL. MY ADVICE IS BLOCK THEM 🚫
