A good product, a growing company
I personally had no problems with customer support. There were some issues with shipping since the pandemic but customer support helped me navigate the problems and I got the board. Intact. The quality of the board is good, but not exceptional, as some of the YouTube reviews would imply. The motors are powerful but not the best (little imperfections). It’s a very good entry level board! Battery and esc work excellent, trucks and bushings and wheels are good, but they can be upgraded to the highest level possible if needed. I think the company is definitely working on improving
