I had issues from the start
I had issues from the start. I bought 6 salon chairs, all of the footrests broke within 6 months, they need tightening on a weekly basis. They’ve scratched all my tiled floor. They’ve left rust marks all over an now the black colour is fully chipping off in less than a year. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Their response to my review offered complete replacement at no extra cost. However after sending over their reply to the email address this offer was no longer the case. They offered a 5% discount on a new order to replace all 6 chairs. So their seemingly good response was a lie.
