AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Jacket is adorable!!! Totally waterproof and fits very well. I'm 5'4" 140 lbs and a small is great. But I live in LA where it never gets cold. I would have gone with a Medium if I planned on wearing a sweater or sweatshirt under it. Please support companies that actually CARE about their customers. - Nicole Sullivan
