I ordered a pink poodle for a dog…
I ordered a pink poodle for a dog adoption event. A pink pig arrived. And, although i had created a Plan B (this is really a dog wearing a pink pig Halloween costume) I called Big Plush to let them know of the error. THEY WERE AWESOME!!!! Very apologetic and sent me a brown and white dog in time for my dog adoption event. THANK YOU BIG PLUSH - YOU MAKE CUSTOMER SERVICE #1
