A good thing ruined by cheap and tacky assembling
Purchased a strong cable for an Apple device. Had a nylon fibre jacket on the wire so it doesn’t get damaged as easily from bending, as Apple’s standard wires do. Sure enough the cable was amazing. However the USB part that you plug into the charging plug was a different story. The protective covering came lose on my third day of owning the product. It came off completely on the fourth day, creating the risk of fire or electrocution. The glue holding the slip-on cover for the USB plug was very cheap, as was the plastic itself. Contacted customer support and got no response at all. Great wires. Shoddy and cheap assembling. Non-existent customer service. The product I bought is no longer available in their store, so obviously they knew something was wrong with it, but decided to sell it to me still anyway.
