Got a full refund
I ordered a mini pc. From day 1, it would crash multiple times in a day. I was advised to download and install from the company's website. I did that a number of times. The problem still existed. In the meantime, I spent so much time downloading apps that would test the RAM and SSD cards. The results were fine, but the pc would still keep crashing. They agreed to give me a full refund and gave me a US address for return, which I did. After a multiple emails, still no refund. I will have to contact my credit card company. UPDATE: I switched from one star to three. I received a full refund. It seems that it was just a bit slow and unclear communication that caused the issue for me. Still, 2nd update: Thanks for your response, which shows that Gmktec cares about their products and service. I bumped it up to five stars. You earned my full trust. I am looking into purchasing your Evo T1.
