After much confusion, I eventually received a full refund on my jacket from OYROSY! Had to pay for return postage but I was aware of this - made clear in their terms and conditions. Postage was £30 on £120 jacket so only £30 lost! Communications were good - always got replies after I posted negative comments here! So persistence on my part paid off. OYROSY very apologetic.
Disgraceful company! Ordered $120 jacket. It arrived very crushed in packaging that was too small! Jacket looked different to pic on website! Material looked cheap and shoulders instead of being square and stiff were rounded and drooped! Emailed customer support 3 times and requested ticket to return the jacket! Got no reply! In the meantime they were sending me emails and messages trying to encourage me to purchase more items! Raised the issue with PayPal but this was unsuccessful! Have closed my PayPal account! Am surprised they associate with an organisation that blatantly ignores UK consumer protection legislation, Have read other reviews here highlighting poor customer service from OYROSY! Also discovered many sites on internet that state that this company is a scam! Wish I discovered all of this before I purchased the jacket!! Hopefully this review will alert other consumers to stay well clear of Oyrosy!!
