CHEAP Products DON'T WASTE Your Money!!
I have 2 complaints. First, the product that you receive will NOT look like the one pictured on the website. I have pictures that I would REALLY like to include in this review! The lacing on the dress that I ordered is completely different than the lace on dress shown on website. The actual product lacing is JAGGED, NOT finished as shown. It is also a lighter color of a different shade that does NOT match the dress fabric. Please let me share my pictures so other potential customers can SEE the POOR QUALITY product! The lace is NOT attached to the dress as shown in the picture on the website either. I plan on returning the product as long as the cost of shipping to a foreign country is not going to cost more than the product. Second complaint: one item on my order has yet to ship. So yesterday I emailed the company to CANCEL the rest of my order DUE TO POOR QUALITY AND THE FACT THAT I DON'T WANT THE CHEAP PRODUCT and for them to issue a refund (Yes, I realize that they plan on KEEPING 5% of my money as a processing fee but that is better than them keeping 100% of my money!). Today they replied to my request to cancel the order and instead said they would ship it as soon as possible making it a priority. WHAT? I DON'T WANT THE LOW QUALITY PRODUCT! Refund my money! Again, I wish I could include pictures to substantiate all that I'm saying! Beware of this company and all of the paid positive reviews! Real customers are NOT satisfied! I'm hoping by posting here that they might actually cancel my order! Update...Flycurvy canceled my order within 10 minutes AFTER my posting here. (Before and After the post, immediately, I verified status. Their email of cancelation arrived about 8 or 9 minutes after my posting) So if you are having challenges getting "past" Flycurvy standard replies, I encourage you to post here as Flycurvy may not delete honest reviews of Flycurvy customers from this website. In addition, I now have a clear path to return the poor quality items. Once my return is complete, "if" I'm still able to update this post, I will update here and let you know how that process goes. If I am not able to update this post and it does not go well, I will create a new post to educate the public. I still wish that I could post pictures so everyone could SEE the difference between the advertised product and the product delivered.
