Bloody awful!
To be honest, the quality of the bag I purchased was awful and after less than 3 months use has pulled apart. Despite having order number and receipt I have been refused a refund. I have been offered a voucher to use again; needless to say I haven't received the voucher and now my email and messages have been blocked. Don't buy from this company - if I could give no (0) stars, I would!
