I want to commend Mr. Clarence Standish for excellent customer service. As soon as he received information that my passport had not been delivered due to an incorrect address, he sent me an email. Within two (2) hours, I received my passport with travel visa! He, along with the phenomenal FedEx Carriers and Dispatcher made the seemingly "impossible" possible. I truly appreciate the excellent service!
