Brilliant customer service and returns policy
I ordered the wrong leg size, so I contacted customer support and unexpectedly received three options shown below. I took option 3. So I got the correct size at no additional cost. Below is what they said: Option 1: Return at your expense Option 2: keep the Item we will refund you 30% of the purchase price. You do not need to return the items to us. Option 3: We will resend any item to the same value as the original purchase; there is no need to return the original items. You can choose 1 item in a different style or size for free. I wish more online shops were as helpful and caring as CRZ Yoga. I will certainly use them again, as the product quality is good, and if this is their standard of customer service, CRZ Yoga is unbeatable.
