Truly Great Ladies !!
Overall I am very pleased with my experience with the ladies at Charity Stars. Martina - Whilst she has moved to a different department, was always helpful and carried out the telephone calls when I asked. Always finding me a solution. Tiffany/Carlotta/Dalia - Each of these ladies have helped me with multiple lots and the effort they put in with assisting me (even though I am sometimes demanding) are truly incredible people and deserve to work the this great company. Kirsty - Always on hand to help me when required and has a fast response time when needing some urgent helps. All in all a 5* performance from these wonderful people named and no job is ever too big, despite turnaround times being needed at speed on occasion. I wish to say a big thank you to you all and look forward to continued unloading of my large collection for good causes.
