Lack of information
I only put four stars because of the customer service. They didn't know how long it would take to deliver my parcel, so they sent me a link to track it. When I checked, it said, "Item not found." But after two months and ten days, I received an email from another tracker saying my coffee table was going to be delivered in three days. And to be honest, I'm pleased with the quality and how it was wrapped with care. I didn't know it was coming from China, and I was worried reading all the bad reviews; I don't know if I had been lucky or if there was a lack of communication with them.
