Appears to Be Dropshipped Clothing and Reused Designs
I ordered from GraphicYou on the 20th of May and didn’t receive my order until the 5th of July. Given that the items were shipped internationally, I found the delivery timeframe reasonable and have no complaints about the shipping speed itself. Shortly after placing my order, I realised the website appeared to be a dropshipping operation. Unfortunately, there was no clear way to cancel the order or request a refund before it was packed and shipped. I also couldn’t find any contact information on the website to get assistance. When the clothing finally arrived, it looked quite different from the advertised photos and was much lower quality than expected. I was expecting thick, fleecy sweatpants and comfortable winter clothing, but instead received very thin items that felt more like cheap Temu-quality replicas. Another frustrating issue was the lack of shipping updates. The order confirmation email included a “Track Order” button, but it didn’t actually work, so I had no way of knowing where my package was or when it would arrive. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this website. Poor communication and the disappointing product quality made this a purchase I regret.
