Poor service
I placed the order online and realize that if I join as a member and 1st order will receive a $20 discount. I wechat, qq, emailed to them enquire about this no respond. I also pay extra for a specific delivery time and ended up the flower did not arrive at the time I specified and I ask will I have the extra delivery fee refund. No respond. Very poor customer service.
