Happy with the end result!
I was really apprehensive about ordering a dress through Bridal Melody. Back when I first enquired, there were only 3 reviews but Lisa was extremely reassuring throughout the whole process. We had an email thread with over 100 emails long full of designs back and forth and endless queries. When I received my dress there were a few things I wasn’t happy with but was able to get them altered and therefore perfect in the end. If you have any apprehensions you just have to contact Lisa/Bridal Melody as she/they will be happy to assist and find a solution in any problem. Lisa’s customer service is out of this world. I’m a very picky and critical person and was still happy that I ordered through Bridal Melody. No regrets!
