Can't connect to my iphone - but sorted now!
The process was really easy and straightforward until I needed to connect to my iphone. It said a message should come up on my iphone after connecting it to my android but nothing came up. The cable definitely works as I've been using it to change my iphone so not sure what's going on. As I've paid £17 for this and it seems to be the best option for a very time-intensive and frustrating process it's really disappointing. Please help! Update: Wondershare reached out and it has now been sorted! It took awhile to get there, but Sophie finally sorted it out for me. I had to use MobileTrans instead of Wutsapper in the end (they kindly gave me a license for this) and my iPhone now has all my Whatsapp data on it, thank goodness. Thank you for your help!
