Not as described, now chasing refund
Returned a watch immediately after delivery due to very poor luminescence and being nothing like the photos on their website. This was SIX weeks ago and I'm having to chase them for a refund. I spoke with customer service and they accepted my return... Giving me a UK address to send it to. Which I did, recorded delivery. Have now had to raise a claim with natwest. Absolutely appalling service. If you're going to buy a Berny... Buy it through Ali Express as they seem to know what they're doing.
