If I could give a ZERO star I would. Purchased a Roborock wet/dry Flexi Pro and immediately started having problems. It is nearly impossible to get help except being told to send a video of the problem. The machine was 1 day old when I started having problems. Now I’m getting a story about only getting an exchange rather than a refund. I don’t trust this company and just want to send this back and get a refund but somehow I don’t think that is going to happen. Don’t buy from this company.
