Fantastic customer service
The customer service at Songmont has been outstanding! Helena has been amazing; responding to all my queries quickly and efficiently. This is the first time I have ordered with them and I’m looking forward to receiving my Luna bag. I’m sure I will order from them again as their bags are truly beautiful ♥️
