DO NOT BUY/TRUST LANKELESIS Bike broke over 2 months ago after only 18 months of limited use. It took days and days to find a solution. They asked us to send the battery for testing to a UK warehouse where they tested it and it was fine. After weeks, and initially loosing our battery in their warehouse, they finally sent our battery back but not to our address. To a random address across the country. We now cannot use our bike at all. The company are now not replying to any messages. Honestly, shop local. Do not trust this company. It has been nothing but issues from the beginning. We will never touch them again and advise everyone else to do the same! Customer service is absolutely diabolical.
