Offer of $2.00 to repair a defective broken handle LOL
Bought a messenger bag and finally received it about 2 months ago. I have been using it and now find that the handle is falling apart. I have written to customer service several times and they keep asking for photos and want a video. The deterioration is plainly evident in the photos I have sent. So their response now is that they will send me $2.00 so I can take it in and get it fixed. I can't stop laughing at this offer. In the Chicago area do you think there is a leather place to fix this for $2.00?
