2nd time around…
I hadn’t been to this pub, the Woolpack at Beckington, for well over 30 years, when it was a free house so I was a little apprehensive but the evening was lovely. Our waitress, sorry I didn’t get her name, was attentive and efficient and John, who also served was lovely - warm, friendly and funny. The menu was a nice mix of pub standards and more unusual dishes. Everything we had was perfectly lovely. If I had one comment to pass on to the management it would be that one or two more choices of dessert would have been good.
