All the staff I have spoken to at Renew have been extremely helpful and sympathetic regarding my carpet damage claim. Special thanks to Rebecca who went above and beyond to arrange a date for the carpets to be fitted, in a very difficult high rise building. The carpet fitters (Carl & team) arrived on time, were polite and professional and did an excellent job, moved my furniture back and left no mess. Thank you so much.
