Great service great product
Their customer support offered a replacement model; the initial Optimus 2's RAM/Rom specifications were kinda dated 3 years.Product offered was more current and therefore more acceptable than what initially desired... The items' cameras werent as specialized as the optimus, but all in all the company customer service was good.
