I thought in your birthday celebration promotion is 33% when I wrote in to inquire about the process of the purchase within the promotion period, it got a response to proceed. When I did it, The discount is still not the birthday promotion. the default is still 30% What is the point of posting a special promotion of 33% and customer is unable to access the promotion. You need to work on it and make it real or don't ever post such a promotion when it cannot be delivered.
