Great coverage and customer service.
I would highly recommend this company for E-sims. The coverage and customer service is excellent. We used Journey for a trip to the Caucuses. Georgia and Armenia. Although a couple of us didn't immediately receive our initial QR codes the response to our emails was speedy and apologetic. Our E-sims worked perfectly on arrival in Georgia with no issues and excellent coverage. However, the E-sims did not then work in Armenia when we crossed the border. We emailed Journey and received new links which then gave us good coverage again in Armenia. This company clearly cares about its customers and providing a good service. I shall certainly use them again when I need and E-sim.
