Outstanding customer care
During a trip to Spain we experienced a problem with our tent, I contacted Crua and left a message. Very promptly Viki returned our call and as we had taken several photograph we were able to supply Crua with a resource for the problem. Viki once again contacted us in a timely manner with a resolution to the situation and we agreed to help further for Crua to understand the problem. Viki has been amazing, she was efficient and had empathy for out predicament and was able to put at ease with a satisfactory outcome. Viki is an asset to Crua for her great aftersales care and we felt like valued customers throughout the process of resolution, she was friendly, polite and very helpful. As a company, Crua, have developed some great equipment to enhance an outdoor lifestyle whilst putting customer service at a high level of importance to them, this is a rare commodity nowadays and it has been refreshing to experience being a valued customer. I absolutely have no reservations in not only recommending Crua products but also commend them on their staff and attitude towards ongoing customer care and I will be committed to their products and an adversary to their constant improvements and innovations to equipment they provide.
