A boon for solo/ first-time travellers to Paris
Pick up and delivery were both very straightforward. It was super easy to use, and I really appreciated all the great tips in Paris, especially when I had to find (and use) a laundromat! Nina was incredibly helpful, and talked me through the steps, and was available on call for this. Having a local number was very handy to call hotels and ask for help with directions when I needed it. Only used the wifi in Tours, Provence, and Lyon. I would have appreciated an email or note to understand how to use the groups, who I'd be interacting with, should I introduce myself, or did the folks on the chat already have my trip details? And whether it's ok to call the members.
