I bought a DJI Care Refresh
From a huge dissatisfaction to become an advocate due to a DJI fantastic employee that took care of my case. Her name is Cathy from customer services. At the end I was able to claim my DJI care refresh and get my drone back. Thank you also Trust pilot! Latest update from 11/07 - Cathy, from DJI customer service has been amazing in taking care of this case. I hope we can solve this soon and I will be very happy to give 5 star to DJI here. I bought a DJI Care Refresh, so an insurance from them, and can't make a claim. Unfortunately I crashed my drone and need to repair. DJI is very good to advertise and sell Drones, but terrible in offer support to their customers. I tried several times and wasn't even able to get in touch with them.
