No return and very poor customer service!
My backpack took a long time to arrive which is fine. But the quanlity is very poor, with bad smelling. Contacted the customer service with the pics and try to return it, they just ignored my request and told me to put lemon in the shoes! They did not even bother to know what did i buy?! They must deleted all the bad reviews from their website. Avoid this company!
