Do not order anything from this company. Ordered a memorial block 2 weeks before Christmas and did not receive it until mid January. Came cracked in 2 places badly. I was so upset besides waiting for it for well over a month. Wanted another one in its place. Sent the a picture. Asked for a replacement sent in a box not a plastic bag. Was willing to send item back but it takes the weeks to respond. Then they tell you it is past return time. All I wanted was a replacement. Not my money back. They wouldn't even send me a return label to send it back for full refund. Said it was my responsibility. Not my fault. Don't order from them ever. They are a shotty business and don't stand behind they product or the customer at all. Terrible to take advantage of an elderly lady who was buying this for her daughter in memory of her Dad.
