Poor quality, poor customer service
I bought 2 men sweaters listed as cashmere sweaters. The sweaters are not only cashmere but they are the lowest quality fabric. I don't think I would even find that quality at Walmart. When I saw the quality I emailed customer service for a full refund which was $89.96 to be exact. They offered $3 refund and to keep the items. I rejected the offer and asked again for full refund. At this time they increased the offer to $6 After a 2nd rejection they offered $12 and then $20 and finally $30 They finally realized I want my money. Now they're telling me I have to pay for the return shipping and 10% processing fee. It has been a struggle to say the least. If I could attach their emails to this message I would. Do not buy from them. You'll get better quality at Walmart.
