I have been cancelled the ticket no:- TQ261074526 and I have received the sms stating amount of RS:- 613/- has been credited successfully but I did not receive the money. 1) I am not able to get the proper support from Meenakshi Travels. 2) Redbus customer care number is not getting connected can someone call me & help me out. I am trying to call the customer care since morning still it is not getting connected.
