Sketchy seller. Don't buy. No guarantees, no support whatsoever.
I bought the NucBox K8 Plus, which is supposed to be the top of the line, before the Ryzen AI miniPc was released. First of all, let's talk about the hardware: it seems to be technically ok, but it's not optimized at all. Nothing works out of the box, you have to tweak everything from the drivers. And the AMD installer does not always recognize the components. Second, the worst of all: Windows 11 Pro license. They sell computers with an invalid license key. Windows is deactivated after a while (about a month). It's a confirmation from Microsoft. So you'll have to buy a valid license (50-100 Euro). Third: Customer support doesn't exist. They don't answer and even if by some miracle they do, the answers are hilarious. Conclusion: It's better to buy from the competition. It's true that others may have slightly higher prices, but considering that you have to buy a valid Windows 11 license, the total price is about the same as the competition. Oh, and the 1-year warranty doesn't exist. PayPal doesn't help you at all (by a strange coincidence, the Windows 11 license on my computer was deactivated after a month, just after the period in which you can report it to PayPal. Weird, right?) Update: Just to see their profesionality. On March 10th they sent me the answer you see below. I answered them with all the things they asked. After three days no reply. So now you can see what kind of support you get from them.
