Ive used them three times before today with success, then they held my latest purchase awaiting confirmation of my identification which I provided over 7 hours ago... This is not good enough... If I lose my 168 dollas so be it, they are losing thousands in yearly revenue... Whilst customer service do get back fast there resolution to fix such a simple issue is unacceptable... I hope this is a one off...may be my last purchase with them, just on how poor they are with verification...also the app to upload dox didn't work.. fix your business offgamers !!!
