CoinDepo offers competitive interest rates, but falls short in several key areas expected of a professional crypto platform. My XLM deposit took over 18 hours to appear in my account, despite being confirmed on the blockchain within minutes, and support never responded to my emails. This is serious technical weakness which undermines trust in technical capabilities of CoinDepo and reliability of their platform. New users have to keep in mind that there is no live support chat - a standard feature on most serious crypto platforms. Account settings are also extremely limited; for example, users cannot change their login email. Additionally, unlike most platforms where crypto withdrawals are processed in real time, CoinDepo imposes a “one business day security hold,” meaning withdrawals are delayed until the next day. Without significant improvements in platform reliability, user communication, and account control features, CoinDepo may find it difficult to retain long-term users. First, while I understand that XLM was newly added to the platform, this does not excuse an 18-hour delay for a blockchain-confirmed deposit. Regardless of internal onboarding timelines, users should not bear the consequences of backend issues - especially without any timely communication or support response. Second, I am aware that email support is common in the industry, but the lack of response over long time and no alternative live support option - is a serious gap for any platform handling users’ crypto assets. A growing platform should prioritize communication and accountability from the start, not only after scaling. Third, regarding the withdrawal delay: there was no misleading statement in my original comment. My withdrawal was in fact held until the next day, which, while framed as a “security measure,” is not standard practice across well-established crypto platforms. Speed is essential in crypto services, and I urge you to reconsider this policy. I will send you by email the screenshot showing the technical issue related to withdrawal.
