I have had nothing but issues since signing up and paying for a plan. I have never been able to and still can not publish my site, and I have had no contact from support since the 28th of January. I am disputing the credit card charge and will be using another company. Update 20.02.20 in response to Sitebeat's reply You realise this was a new account, just upgraded and trying to publish to the xxxx.sitebeat.com domain? It's unbelievable that a new account could experience such an involved issue that it has taken 3 weeks and counting to resolve. Disgusting service.
