EK68, Zero Customer Service, AWFULL!!
Keyboard for Christmas EK68, looks so nice and feels really premium, problem is it goes off when picked up or any pressure put towards the switches at the back, luckily I didn't plug it in wired as if its a ground issue it could have fried my port! Emailed no reply, Facebook no reply, Instagram no reply, WhatsApp REPLY! We didn't get the email, OK can you sort this please, yes of course, then.... NO REPLY!!! Such a shame as the keyboard looks great, build quality is a ZERO unfortunately as any power issue like this is VERY bad! I won't be buying another and charge back made!
